Weight lose and stress- health and fitness implications

A lot of folks have burnt themselves out through stress all in the name of losing weight. They lose their health and fitness instead of weight while trying to follow some ‘get result quick’ weight lose program.

 What will you gain if you invite stress and at the same time chase good health and fitness farther than they are while trying to lose weight over night.

 One thing that I know for sure about quick weight lose program is that it leaves you in a worst condition than it met you.

 The psychology behind it is that ‘you quickly rush out of the program just the same way you had rushes in’. It is a simple logic, because you are so much in a hurry to follow a natural way of losing weight and be stress free, chances are that you are not the disciplined type.

 And because you lack discipline, you sought out formulae that promise to give you quick answer and end up attracting more weight and stress to yourself.

 Weight loses and stresses have numerous health and fitness implications. Some of which I will shortly explore in this article.

 Health and Fitness Implications of Weight Lose and Stress

  • Fatigue. Naturally. Human body reacts to changes – especially those that are physical. And you will agree with me that most of the weight lose programs available usually take their client through a rigorous process. This will no doubt lead to fatigue that could in turn lead to complete break down of the system.
  • Lose of memory/ brain related disease. Over ninety percent of the stresses that we pass through have more effect on our brain than it has on other parts of our body. And if not checked could become an issue with the brain.
  • Deadly diseases. Diseases like cancer and hypertension are among those class of sickness that are partly connected to stress and worry. Many people worry a lot just because they are over weight.
  • Impotency in men. Most of the drugs that burn excess fats in the body are hard drugs. And you will agree with me that hard drugs can make a man become impotent.
  • Complications in women during child birth. Apart from the hard drugs that I mentioned above, some kind of strenuous exercises are simply not recommended for women – except they are full-time sports people (they have health specialist advising them and some gadgets that they use) so, don’t compare yourself with them.
  • Low self esteem. Who said that looking good is not good business? Who wouldn’t be affected psychologically if seen as round leather (foot-ball)? This explains why obsessed people only sit down at home and consume more food that does only one thing – add to their weight.
  • Lose of love and loved ones. Failure has no relative, am sure you know that.

 I know for sure that every human person will want to avoid the above problems that come as a result of taking the wrong steps towards fighting weight lose and stress.

 One sure way of going about this is to look for natural ways of fighting over weight and stress.
