7 Natural ways of fighting over weight and stress

Weight loses and stress free life can both be achieved naturally. You need not get yourself involved in things that may get you harmed in the long run just because you want to be physically and mentally fit.

There are natural simple ways of losing weight and living a relatively stress free life.

  • Eat less. Yes, we all know that this is the bane of every weight lose program yet many still default in it. The problem is that a lot have been said about this but, not all have exactly told you how to go about it so that you can eat less. One of my standard recommendations is to tell people to eat early and in the right proportion. When you eat early and in the right proportion, you will stand a better chance of resisting the temptation of diving every edible thing that comes your way during the day. In the same vein, taking your dinner early will help the metabolic process take place before you lie down on your bed.
  • Sleep less. Sleep in the right proportion which I know is between 6-8 hours a day. Getting enough sleep will make you remain healthy and stay stress free.
  • Eat a lot of fruits. Fruits on their own are medicinal that can help burn excess fats from the system. There are times I replace my meal with fruits. This I do especially when I have the option of either cooking at home or going to a restaurant. If I would have chosen to go to a restaurant, I would just invest that amount of money in buying assorted fruits and that will serve as food. Before you start doing this, go for a comprehensive medical check up and follow this simple method for three months (replacing 1 out of every of your 4 meals with fruits) and then go back for another medical check up and compare
  • Take in plenty of water. Water on its own is a natural de-toxicant and can never be taken too much. Take water freely and see your weight gradually reducing.
  • Avoid junk foods. In this our present world where we have more foods that are classed junk than those that are called normal, it is difficult for us to completely avoid junk foods but, if we really want to lose that weight that has been bothering us, then we have to put a stop to excessive intake of junk foods.
  • Exercise moderately. Yes, moderately I said. My reason for this is that you don’t workout yourself to the point of falling into the shackle of stress.
  • Make use of your brain. A lot of people may not agree with me on this but before you do, here this. Have you noticed that people that make use of their brain (intellectually) more regularly hardly get fat and stressed up? Have you asked yourself why? The simple reason is that when you put your brain to challenging use, you burn more energy. And you know that fat is the primary constituent of energy.
